Been a resident for six months, and every request for maintenance has been done promptly and performed by friendly staff. If I call the office with a "dumb" question, I receive an answer with a friendly response. In short, the entire staff makes you feel like family.

I was having refrigerator issues- Chris tried to fix it and decided that a new fridge would be necessary! Chris and his team came in- moved around furniture to get the new fridge in- they were super clean, kind and accommodating of me working from home. They moved the furniture back as though they were not even here! Chris and his team are always so nice! Thank you!!-Kellie

I wanna give a big shout out to the maintenance care I received today. I woke up to a very cold apartment. My furnace was out. Maintenance was at my door and had it working asap! Then I mentioned a few other things that needed to be checked out. Everything was taken care of so quickly! Truly outstanding service. Thank you!

Living here has been wonderful experience.The apartment I have is beautiful and spacious. My neighbors are so friendly and courteous. Now I can’t say enough about the girls in the office. Kate, lauren, and Jodie always handle our complaints or problems that may occur like professionals and always with a smile ! But let’s not forget about the maintenance guys. Chris and Oscar. Who are always there for whenever with have a problem inside our apartments. They always do an outstanding job. Keep up the great work guys. I really appreciate everything you guys do.Thank you for always doing such an amazing job.

Once, again, the maintenance crew was OUTSTANDING! The smoke alarm kept going off, I made a quick phone call, then less than five minutes later Maintenance is here to replace a battery. THANK YOU for being so responsive! When I tell other people about Algonquin Square my first kudos doesn't go to the pool or the fitness room, it doesn't go to how neat the grounds are or the awesome clubhouse and its amenities. The first thing I bring up is how quickly, and may I say, politely, you all respond to any maintenance issues we have. Thank you, very much! Now I have to figure out how to get the dog to stop shaking. Keep up the great work!

We want to thank you for fixing the problem with our fridge! Immediate response, excellent resolution. We've been at Algonquin Square for about three months, now. Haven't had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly and completely. Thanks, again!

I would like to thank Vince and Chris on a job well done on snow removal. Also I would like to thank the girls in the office for handling all our concerns and needs so professionally. Through everybody’s efforts it shows that they really care about the well being of there residents.

Two smoke alarms were alarming. Maintenance came on time as scheduled, one alarm replaced, one alarm battery added, less than 5 minutes. Great service!

Place is beautiful but prices is too high for the size of the apartments

I've lived here for 9 months, and I've felt "at home" since the day I moved in. We are so fortunate to live in such a friendly community. Thanks to all the staff who make our little corner of the world a pleasure to call "home." We are really looking forward to enjoying the upcoming holidays here.
